Surface precision
We use the term "surface precision" to denote superfinishing
to close tolerances.
In hardly any other area have the requirements placed on work
results increased so dramatically. And nowhere else is the
line between success and failure so thin - as thin as only
a single nanometer.
Harder materials and closer tolerances as well as demands
for improved cost effectiveness have clearly shown the limitations
of conventional abrasives and polishes.
They therefore have been replaced by the diamond, the hardest
of all known substances and the material with the best thermal
conductivity. Diamond micrograins are used as cutting material
in applications where surface precision is required.
As one of the world's leading manufacturers in the field
of diamond abrasive engineering, RIEGGER has developed a new
generation of quality diamond abrasives and polishes in close
cooperation with a team of technical and scientific experts.
While state-of-the-art processing technologies can thus be
implemented very quickly, the performance of our Produkte
is exclusively geared to practical requirements.
RIEGGER offers a new generation of quality diamond polishes
for all surface precision applications:

tools |
 |
Polishing
of optical glasses, in mold making, in the electronics
and semiconductor industries, in printing and photography
and, above all, in materials testing, metallography
and research |
